Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Intern who is eager to learn, communicate confidently, and help us expand our presence in schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for freshers who want real-world startup exposure in sales, communication, and business growth.
You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in introducing Flione’s robotics labs, ERP solutions, and educational programs to schools.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, and educational institutions
Visit schools or connect with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Admin Heads)
Explain Flione’s robotics labs, ERP systems, and learning programs clearly and confidently
Schedule product demos and meetings for senior team members
Follow up with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain a simple lead tracker and sales report
Support closing of deals and onboarding of new schools
Collect feedback from schools to improve our offerings
Requirements
Skills & Requirements
Fresher or final-year student (MBA/BBA/Any Graduate preferred, but not mandatory)
Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Confidence in speaking to teachers, principals, and management
Willingness to travel accross State and visit schools
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Interest in education, technology, and startups
Positive attitude, discipline, and hunger to learn
