Job Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and driven to help grow Flionetech’s reach by engaging schools and clients, managing operations, and supporting both on-ground and digital sales channels. You’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth internal operations while also driving client acquisition and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
As the Office Coordinator / Telemarketing Executive, you will:
Client & Vendor Management
- Liaise with existing clients and vendors to ensure their needs are met and relationships are maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies/services required by the office.
- Address any client- or vendor-related issues promptly and professionally.
Office Organization & Basic Accounting
- Maintain an organized office environment — filing, supplies, scheduling, etc.
- Handle basic accounts tasks: tracking expenses, recording payments, assisting with billing or invoicing as needed.
- Ensure timely payments and receipts and maintain proper documentation.
Telemarketing & School Outreach
- Reach out to schools via phone calls to introduce Flionetech’s products and services.
- Follow up with prospective schools to answer questions, send materials, or schedule meetings.
- Maintain a database of outreach status, feedback, and next steps for each school.
Managing Online Leads
- Monitor and respond to leads from platforms such as IndiaMART and similar portals.
- Qualify leads, pass them on or follow up until conversion.
- Keep clear records of lead sources, status, progress, and outcomes.
Growth & Proactivity
- Look for new ways to bring in business: identify potential schools, new platforms, or channels.
- Suggest improvements in processes, outreach methods, or tools to help the team work more efficiently.
- Be self-motivated: take initiatives without waiting for instructions.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/B.A etc.) – candidates with a diploma but strong experience may also apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in office coordination, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Core Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language (Kannada/Hindi as applicable).
- Confident in making outbound calls and following up with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of accounts/office administration (billing, record keeping, petty cash).
- Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel) and handle online platforms (emails, IndiaMART, Google Drive, CRM, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to work and learning.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior exposure to the education sector or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing or lead management tools.
- Comfortable with using phones, email, and messaging apps professionally.
